Due to the personal nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged, Incorrect or Faulty Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or you believe there is a fault with your product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Photographs where possible

We'll review your request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.
